Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange. 

All returns will be issued a refund in the form of a digital Gift Card.

After receiving your return and inspecting the consitionof the item, we will process your return. please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

The following item cannot be returned:

• Hats
• Jewelry
• Sales Items 

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Return items must be unworn, sent free, with all tags attached. 
• All returns must be received within 15 busyness days of receiving the item, the 15 days begins from the day the item is received. Returns past 15 days will be rejected and shipped back at customers expense. 
• Sale items are final sales and non returnable or exchanged
• Shipping charges are non refundable
